Mathew (The Boss)
Showroom & Internet Team

Mathew has worked in the fireplace industry for all his working career, joining in 1997.  He currently oversees all areas of the business, and is responsible for the day to day management of the team and decision making.

He spends most of his time working in the showroom side of the business.

Andrew (IT Manager)
Internet Team

Andrew is new to the business, joining in 2011, having spent 17 years as a senior manager for a major high street retailer.

He is responsible for all our technology, from computers, phones and of course our internet site.  He oversees both the technical and internet sales, side of the business and is actively part of the day to day customer interaction.

Kai
Internet & Showroom Team

Kai has been working in the team since 2000, having previously worked in another fireplace showroom for 3 years.  He started initially working in the showroom and is now a key figure in our internet team.

He is responsible for all our internet orders, from day to day customer interaction, product ordering and despatch.  Kai also supports his showroom colleagues as required.

Stuart (Geek)

Stuart joined us in 2009, having previously worked on numerous websites for 7 years. He gained his Google Adwords Professional Certificate in 2008.

He started building our website and developing our brand, initially working on the front line, talking to our customers, alongside his internet work.

Now he spends all of his time in the background, working on our site. His motto is "The future is click and order, not bricks and mortar".

Sarah
Showroom & Internet Team

Sarah joined our team in 2010 and spends all of her time in her showroom, talking to customers and dealing with our suppliers.

She is currently on maternity leave and we are hoping to have her back with us in February 2012.

Pauline (Partner)

Pauline is a partner in the business and is responsible for all the businesses accounts.

She deals with both incoming in outgoing accounts along with VAT, Tax and General Administration.
